5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Lost or stolen parcels after carrier tracking shows the package as “delivered” to the shipping address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address was provided, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase. Once shipped, changes cannot be guaranteed.
